In the liturgy, the faithful may express in their lives, and manifest to others, the mystery of Christ and the nature of the true Church.

REFLECTION
The Eucharist is the source and summit of Christian living. Through the celebration of the Eucharist, we draw strength to live a more fulfilling human life and to share Christ with those we meet. Am I truly embodying the spirit of Christ in my life after participating in the Eucharist?

PRAYER
God, my loving Father, I thank you for the gift of Your Son in the Eucharist. Help us understand the meaning of the Holy Eucharistic Celebration. May we, through this celebration, become what we celebrate. Amen.
