At the Last Supper, on the night when He was betrayed, our Savior instituted the eucharistic sacrifice of His Body and Blood.

REFLECTION
In his unconditional love, Jesus gives himself to us. He humbled Himself and took the form of bread. When we receive Him in the Eucharist, He becomes part of us. Do I become part of him?

PRAYER
God, my loving Father,  thank you for the gift of your Son Jesus, that we can receive at every Eucharist. May it cleanse us from our sins and strengthen us. May partaking in His body and blood deepen our communion with You. Amen.
